  Problem with delivery--- Not Seller's fault, but Royal Mail just left package on the ground near the street and looks like some chancer may have pinched it. Reached agreeable resolution with the seller. Not able to rate the item yet as waiting for the replacement. Have bought many Sonoff items before from this seller and they are totally trustworthy.

  Had a few postage hiccups with Royal Mail, but the seller quickly got in touch and resolved everything smoothly. Very professional with excellent communication. I haven’t installed the switch yet, but it’s exactly as described – brand new, top quality, looks superb, and was reasonably priced. Highly recommended

  Item required and purchased turned out to be out of stock and not available however, seller was quick to contact me with options to correct the issue. Settled on 16A version as alternative with a discounted price, replacement item then dispatched and received very promptly. Happy with the resolution and would recommend and use this Ebayer again

  Devo dire che ci sono stati dei problemi con la consegna, però il rivenditore oltre ad avvertirmi subito ha risolto il problema con prontezza e gentilezza. Mi hanno anche proposto diverse opzioni per ovviare al problema. Punti di forza: serietà, gentilezza e disponibilità per qualsiasi problema o domande.
