First- the guitar was perfect, beautiful looking and probably just as beautiful to play. But… I made an error in ordering and paying for it to get it for my son’s 16th Birthday in… 2 weeks. I’d forgotten to check on the expected delivery dates and this from China just wasn’t going to make it. I asked the seller to please cancel my order… and WHAMMO! With nary a question, stall or pause, I got a note back- “friend, your order is canceled and your funds returned.” SUPER HONEST SELLER!

I tried to get my broken guitar replaced or send me the part I needed to have someone fix the problem and all they were interested in was photos of the guitar. I tried to send them and when I did, the company disappeared off my email and I could not retrieve the info back nor did they try to contact me after sale. It appears as though they are only interested in your money and could care less about the product or customer. They say their rating is a 5, but they are a 1.
