  This item never made it 2 me . The Seller Did All He could do to make my business with him pleasurable . Fantastic and Quick Communication , and eager to answer all my questions . The USPS decided to send my purchase on a wild goose chase after it sat in Florida for a week , then they sent it to Puerto Rico so they could handle it more and possibly cause damage to the item and get it to my address as late as they can and it will probably not arrive at all . They will probably send west next ?&@$

  Came in condition just as listed! Case was cracked like the pictures but all 23 discs in the set looked perfect! The packaging was a little bit loose, but everything arrived safe!

  The cartridge came well packaged, the seller was careful when packing it because the box is open as shown in the images in the ad. They worked very well in my Hp officejet pro 8710. I recommend it .
