  I purchased a make up item listed as NEW from phisto10 and above it has arrived used without the brush and with all of the seal removed. The seller has argued it is new but as he has not checked his source nor checked the item before it was posted and expects me to put it on my face this seller has raised a health risk attitude as he argues without remorse that it is new - please do not use this seller or encourage him - this is not what EBay is about - shameful and he should be struck off EBay

  This item is new and you can see from the photo that it has never been used. This buyer was rude and aggressive in communication and expected for the item to be refunded without returning the item. I have blocked this buyer as they are not someone that I wish to do business with again.
