  I received the item. It was packaged. Well I mean nothing too crazy. The only issue I had was there was a tear that was not shown in any of the pictures or the description so that was a little frustrating but short of that arrived on time and it was what I was expecting as far as the stuffed animal goes just wish I knew about the tear as I have to to go get it sewed now

  Contacted seller about my concern about shipping a plastic tray in just a padded envelope and seller used a nice sturdy box and even wrapped the case in cardboard. Shipped promptly and arrived a few days early. Very far price and shipping costs.
