  Did not get the item I ordered, because seller claims it could not be shipped to my address due to restrictions on this Oxo Good Grips squeegee! You mean to tell me, they could not deliver a Oxo Good Grips squeegee to my address crying out loud?! Not only that, but there was very little communication from this seller, and just getting a refund is not good business, getting the item is, because now I won't get this squeegee for the same low price that I bought from this seller, period.

  I have already contacted the seller. The package arrived in a crushed box, which I took pictures of box, labels, opening to show broken glass in wrapper. Shards of broken glass were all over my kitchen table and floor. I through the box in the trash so I wouldn't spread broken glass anywhere else, and I sent all of the photos to the seller. I was told the only way I could recoup my loss was to send all of the broken glass back, in the crushed box it came in. Give me a break! It's not worth it!
