  Great purchase. Item (a used LEGO set) came as described, with only a couple small pieces slightly different than the would be new (gray instead of black, for example. One minifig head was different, too). The seller was gracious and communicative. They were very flexible and helpful when there was shipping issues (on my end, not the seller's - they didn't do anything wrong). I highly recommend this seller!

  Very good packaging, but the box could have been a bit more study. No damage though. We are happy overall and recommend this seller.
