  Item was as described, just that I'd ordered the wrong size!! They changed it to the right size for me without any issues! Great communication, responded to all my emails within an hour. Excellent service and excellent Ebayer, I would not hesitate to use them again.

  Ordered an item from the seller, sent the wrong item saying they were similar as to condone sending the wrong item. Was then told that I could return for a replacement which meant I would have to go out of my way for their mistake, was then offered a collection and the right item to be delivered which I accepted only for them to send a return label and no parcel to replace, said they needed their item back for a replacement but it’s ok for me to be without the item… terrible customer service
