So I’m out of the few bucks I spent on the decals. I have tried (and am still trying) to get my funds refunded so I could refund buyer's money. I am not a "business" - I am a hobbyist! It is difficult to do anything with eBay from a cell phone and little to no cell service. This buyer left several messages that I thought were replied to but due to shoddy cell service they never went through. Then he opens an eBay case against me after saying he would take the loss.
