  Disc came, i waited a few months to play it because I have been busy. Went to download the game and it would not downlod past 1.8%….. I contacted the seller who immediately refunded me for my troubles, no questions asked. I little inconvenient on my end but the seller is stellar. Would buy from him again despite the defect, because his service and understanding was impeccable

  My package got lost in shipping for several days (not the seller's fault) and when it finally arrived, the case was majorly damaged to the point where it was unusable. I only asked the seller for a replacement case but instead got a full refund. Appreciate the seller going the extra mile when bad circumstances happen!
