Initially, he was out of the item I ordered, but he promptly informed me and gave me several options with which to proceed: a full refund, an exchange for a similar item of the character (photos provided), or the same item – but I’d have to wait a bit longer so he could order, then send it.   The standee I received matches the photo from the listing and it is very cute.
