  The item arrived on time and in factory packaging. The case zipper was damaged/defective and would not open enough to allow the glasses to be removed (see photos) Contacted seller who offered to accept a return for a full refund or reimburse $5.00 for the case. I opted for the $5 and then forced the case open. The Glasses were in perfect condition. I am pleased with the sellers response to the problem and would do business with him/her again.   First and foremost this is one of the best sellers I have ever dealt with. I’ve been on eBay since 1999 and I’ve had a great experience. This seller is definitely in the top three I purchased the item at a reasonable fair price and I requested if there was a possibility, I could receive it before Christmas because it was a gift. The seller made sure it arrived on Christmas Eve. The product was as described. Great boots thank you I hope to do business with the seller again.
