  Thank you for the filter blocks, they should be much easier to use than the ceramic pellets. Shipping time was very fast and reasonable(better than most sellers!). Price was reasonable. They arrived undamaged and packaged neatly and look cool! I can't wait to put them in the duck pond tomorrow! Communication was great. Thanks again, I hope to get more from you in the future.

  First order came damaged, Packaging was horrible and wasn’t wrapped at all, they just threw it in a packaging bag. Seller refused to refund me for the entire amount. They went and sent another one. Even though I didn’t want another one. Will not do business with them again, sorry!
