  Originally got the wrong order. Seller very quickly and professionally instructed me on how we could do an exchange and I had the correct kits within the week. Very good customer service and both orders I received were packaged well and shipped quickly. Would definitely do business with them again.

  The good - This package came as advertised, and unblemished and was a great price. The Bad - UPS Mail Innovations should never be used. item was Purchased 11/17 (a pre order) and shipped 12/5. There was ZERO update from the carrier (UPS Mail Innovations) until 12/14 which said it was somewhere in Ohio, then not again until 12/20 that said it was out for delivery. I would use this seller again as they were very polite and responsive, but I would be wary if they use the same shipping provider

  This item was part of a collective pre-order. While the supply issues made this order a rocky experience, the seller was helpful and communicative throughout the process and was kind enough to give me a preemptive heads-up when their new preorders became available! The items arrived in mint condition and packaged with care, and I was surprised at the extra pot of paint to boot! I am extremely pleased with the whole exchange and the care they took with my order.   The item I received was as pictured. The price was more than fair. Pieces were clipped cleanly without damage to the model. I had to do minimal clean up. Shipping took 2 weeks, which I feel was excessive since I am in the same province only a 5 hour drive away. I can't really blame the seller for that, because our postal service can be sketchy. All in all, a good experience. I was glad to find exactly what I needed for an acceptable price. I will shop from them again if the need arises.

  Seller was really helpful, guided me on process of combining multiple orders into one shipment. Of the bits I have purchased on eBay, these were the best, the matched the photos best, and were really clean off the sprue. Packaging was fine, included seller's card. I would be happy to purchase from this seller again.
