  Seller was super communicative over shortages around a preorder and offered alternatives that were perfect for me. Other items received from seller were exactly as described, packaged well, great value, AND they through in a freebie paint! Highly recommend!

  The item is 100% described and looks great however it took @2 weeks to arrive and at one point was thought lost because seller sent with Canadian tracking only and once it hit US there was no tracking. The other two orders I got weren't like this, they had USPS tracking but not this one. I will say the shipping is a bit of a rip off because they charged me about $3.99 US and the package that came clearly has "US POSTAGE Paid retail $1.90" marked on it. Items good, shipping not so much.

  Originally got the wrong order. Seller very quickly and professionally instructed me on how we could do an exchange and I had the correct kits within the week. Very good customer service and both orders I received were packaged well and shipped quickly. Would definitely do business with them again.

  This item was part of a collective pre-order. While the supply issues made this order a rocky experience, the seller was helpful and communicative throughout the process and was kind enough to give me a preemptive heads-up when their new preorders became available! The items arrived in mint condition and packaged with care, and I was surprised at the extra pot of paint to boot! I am extremely pleased with the whole exchange and the care they took with my order.   The good - This package came as advertised, and unblemished and was a great price. The Bad - UPS Mail Innovations should never be used. item was Purchased 11/17 (a pre order) and shipped 12/5. There was ZERO update from the carrier (UPS Mail Innovations) until 12/14 which said it was somewhere in Ohio, then not again until 12/20 that said it was out for delivery. I would use this seller again as they were very polite and responsive, but I would be wary if they use the same shipping provider
