  Unfortunately, dealing with this seller was a waste of time. The seller made an offer for a lower price, which I accepted, and I even purchased two items, paying the full purchase, shipping, and customs fees. After five days had passed since the purchase, the seller informed me that the sale had been canceled and the purchase amount would be refunded because the item was out of stock—something that was not true, as the listing on eBay had not been updated and continued to advertise the same pan

  Priority mail is 1-3 days, but delivery took 12 days because the first 8 days were just waiting for the seller to drop off the package. No communication about delays until I reached out to inquire, and then they still weren’t fully transparent about shipping status. Also, it’s listed as brand new, but the original LC box is torn, faded, and obviously poorly stored (which any collector knows is a big deal). Overall not a great experience.

  Wish the packaging is better (use a real shipping box instead of wrapping the Le Creuset box using some custom cut cardboard without any padding around the Le Creuset box). Item arrives safely anyway. Shipping is considerably slower than other sellers.
