  Seller very responsive, USPS took a month to deliver because they lost the package. When I brought it up to seller, they promptly started a missing package case with USPS and it was found and delivered. As described, would purchase from again!

  Shipping was fast and item was packed very well. Communication was great and the seller was very friendly. Top notch. However this model brand I had never purchased before and I never will again. It is just a shell. There is absolutely no interior at all, just a big empty hole where the interior should be and that is why I am returning it. The seller was very professional and understanding. Would be a good choice for your 7 year old to learn on.
