Initially I was told it would be delivered Saturday, 1/18, then it was changed to Tuesday, 1/21. Unbeknownst to me it was placed outside my garage door. Last night the temps were in the teens. I did not know what to think; however, there was no damage because of the professional packaging of the item, which I'm truly grateful! I want to express it. Shame on the postal service!
