    The cup was packed well and shipped quickly. Condition was great - exactly as described. The seller was quick to respond to messages when asked for more information, and helped me out when I had some technical issues with the offering system.

    When I turned on my computer this morning, I see an email alerting me that my item was delivered yesterday, Monday 1/20. Initially I was told it would be delivered Saturday, 1/18, then it was changed to Tuesday, 1/21. Unbeknownst to me it was placed outside my garage door. Last night the temps were in the teens. I did not know what to think; however, there was no damage because of the professional packaging of the item, which I'm truly grateful! I want to express it. Shame on the postal service!

    This vintage item is in perfect condition and was reasonably priced. Better yet, the seller did a fantastic job packaging the item to ensure it arrived safely. I would highly recommend this seller because of her care in wrapping the item and her overall strong communication throughout the sale to my receipt of the items!

    Due to package scheduled for arrival when we were out of town the seller rescheduled the shipment. The Waterford lamp arrived on time and it was shipped and packing was perfect. Glad it wasn't dropped but it likely would have survived. The seller delivered exactly what we expected, when we expected it and in the condition we were hoping for. Good people to deal with. My first experience on Ebay was very positive.
