  This item arrived 3 days after the latest eBay shipping estimate, due to seller shipping delay. What's worse, when I reached out to the seller they responded with attitude and were not apologetic or accommodating. Bad customer service experience. Love the item, correctly described.

  Order cancelled with no reason given. When questioned said item was damaged in lightning strike. Sent picture of a single room in house that supposedly had damage. Evidence of item damage was not sent. Overall dissatisfaction due to poor original communication and persistence to change the review. Did not have a good experience with this seller and thus cannot give positive review
