  The unit was extremely well packed which allowed it to be delivered in great condition. The shipping was fast and by FedEx which was appreciated. The phonograph was described fairly, and it is being cleaned and fixed up. Thanks for accepting my offer. Also your communication is great.

  Product was as described snd delivered promptly. There was some damage to the product that occurred during shipping. The damage did not affect the “for parts only” value of the item for my needs, but Mikes Mega Mart insisted on giving me half of my purchase price in refund. Exceptional service that was great to see. Highly recommended!

  You can’t find a more honest vendor. Mike could not have been more expeditiously, graciously and generous in settling a problem he had nothing to do with. IE Shipping damage: Within an hour, on a Sunday, I had a credit refund. Who does this??? I am not known for gratuitous praise, but integrity deserves recognition and reward. Again: Mike is the best !!! Buy with confidence. You find out who people are when there are problems. Mike is the BEST !!!
