  I bought a bundle of L’occitane mini hand creams however I received a wrong item (Shiseido) which cost a lot more than the hand creams. Seller was very helpful and offered a couple of resolutions. As I could not use the facial cream, I asked for a full refund which seller agreed to. Based on this transaction, I will buy from this buyer again. Giving buyer 5 star for very good after sale service and was very polite and pleasant to deal with. Thank you.

  I recieved the item and I had a few minor problems with it. I contacted the vendor, and they were great in responding to my problem. They are replacing it and I am thankful they were so easy to deal with. I will buy from this seller again! GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT

  This is scam. This person sells a doll that is not original but to attract people attention he is advertising a different picture of the original dolls. Also, in what world would you ship from China to America a doll without a secure package or in a box. This person just sent the doll in a plastic bag.

  Dear Ebay, the shipper sent a wrong item. When I received it I sent a claim to them. They tried to sale to me the unwanted item for 50%, but it was not my interest. I wrote to them that I am insisting to the product what I ordered and paid. They told to me that they will ship the ordered product, but the shipping time will be 45 days. I told to them it was not what I paid. They said that they already shipped the ordered product, but they are not willing to give me tracking possibility.
