  The size in info was wrong and never got answer about it when I ask if they send wrong size or not u get it and there is no tag on it ether to make sure it was right size, by my meter it was wrong size, had to chance to send it back but it cost more to send it back to get a new one from other countries outside UK, try to order 2 more but cancel it when i was’t sure about the order, seller didn’t try to make me change my mind and get my order again by telling me more about the size and so on

  we agreed that for your dog need Small size 13-17 inch not medium like you ordered first time 15-19 inch, you placed 2nd order for 2 collars was placed 7pm and in 9pm you just canceled the order with reason ordered by mistake and i accepted it maybe you changed your mind dont know but never received message from you about your concerns so i marked it as you didnt liked it anymore and now you are saying i didnt try to change your mind :)

  Fantastic ! First harness had to be returned because it was too big. This was my fault, not the sellers, but he allowed me to return it and he sent a smaller one which is perfect. No hassle, no bother. Definitely a seller I would buy from again.

  This arrived late, seller refused to cancel a 2nd item they sent against my wishes.extremely rude and aggressive, had to block their emails. Will be reporting their behaviour to eBay. I now have an item I don't want and this seller has refused to have it picked up or refund my money.

  Item was late by 1 day, when your first item got lost i find out in 2 days and dispatched new immediatly you got it with 1 day late, you wanted to cancel the item while in delivery not possible i cant stop it, you wanted to return it i show you the policy that youll have to pay for the return shipping fee and told you return it and you got mad on the policy go talk to ebay about this not to me

  These are brilliant i love them,bought 2.They look great,feel nice and soft but very strong,good sturdy collars,great value for money,arrived in fab condition to,and the colour is true to the photo,would buy again and they arrived on time,recommend this seller many thanks can't wait to get these on my too huge mastiff girlies thank u xx
