  The seller forgot to dispatch my computer after purchase, BUT when I contacted them, they apologised and arranged a next day delivery. That is EXCELLENT customer service. The computer arrived, and was in better than described condition and is now running Debian like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again. It's great value and was really securely packaged. Thanks!

  Amazing fast delivery and superbly packed. Item great value condition as described. One small issue the item was clearly advertised as a HP Monitor but a NEC monitor arrived. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. That said it arrived clean and fully working so I highly recommend this seller and I would certainly buy again.

  After being initially shipped the wrong product by mistake, the seller immediately got on the case and arranged return of the wrong item and for the correct item to be sent out. They took very good care of me during this process, excellent customer support, thank you! The product itself was better than expected for the price, in amazing condition and is absolutely perfect for my needs!

  This is the third time I have bought from this business, and again, I am delighted. The laptop looks brand new. We had some issues with delivery - the courier, NOT BirminghamAV. Taz worked tirelessly to resolve the situation and was unfailingly polite and courteous. The laptop arrived superbly packaged with a ton of bubble wrap, inside a sturdy cardboard box. BirminghamAV is my go-to supplier for laptops and PCs. Highly recommended.

  Decent looking and quality machine, looks the part. Seller very helpful. Decent value for money. Delivered in very good condition, packaged very well. My only criticism is that the requested (delayed) despatch date was not adhered to, requiring arrangements to be made for a neighbour to receive it. All in all, it worked out OK.

  I am really amazed at the service I received from Birmingham. It was fast and friendly and my Dell Lattitude 5580 arrived extremely well packed and exactly as described. I have a visual impairment so I sent a note to Birmingham to ask if I could have the largest screen available and within a few hours I had a phone call to confirm my requirements and when my laptop arrived it was perfect. I would totally recommend this seller.
