  I bought a keyboard with the top case. The seller sent it via FedEx, but FedEx mishandled the package. The keyboard was broken. I notified the seller and they solved the problem. They refunded me for the keyboard and asked me to please buy another one, which would be more secure and send it with priority shipping. They did just that. They solved the problem, and I appreciate the help, which was very timely.
