  Item refurbished, paid £26.99 inclusive of delivery, but apart from damaged to packaging the item itself is like new appearance as per listing. Great value. Some evidence item may have been out of packaging at some stage. Very good communication from courier delivered at the stated time. Thanks very much.

  Seller provided an excellent service. My item was fully tracked and arrived next day, although it stated I wouldn’t receive the item for approximately 3 days. Amazing service! The dog pram is exactly as described. The size is suitable for my elderly dog,who is a shizu cross westie, to lay down. Love the fact you can have the hood down or up with the front and/or back open. It was easy to assemble. Great value and the packaging ensured it arrived in good condition. Great seller.

  Amazing item, thought I would give it a try for price. Arrived within 2 days of ordering, well packaged, did not appear used - no missing parts, looks great. Better than described I would say as brand new condition just box a little worse for wear. Would recommend this seller

  I knew it was a refurbished item. When I received it the box was damaged and some pieces of the item were damaged. I sent them a message and very quickly it was dealt with, I got to keep the item and a full refund was given back no issues at all. Thank you to all the people that were involved in helping me out with this matter. Kept in touch until the matter was solved. I will definitely return back and I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.

  I was concerned that this was advertised as refurbished, but at half the price of the other on offer. Contacted the seller who assured me it had been randomly checked for quality purposes but no damage. Purchased item and it arrived the following day. How about that for service. Unpacked and assembled and no issues found. Top Class Ebay Seller. Thank you for a true bargain

  AMAZING seller! Got this really smart cooler unit at a great price but it was faulty and kept stopping! Contacted seller and was amazed when they quickly agreed to send a new replacement unit out immediately, without having to return the faulty unit! Received replacement unit within 3 days and it works great. Seller kept in contact at all times. EBay should have a "Best Seller of the Year" award, and present it to MHSTARUKLTD for their outstanding service. Well done and thank you!
