Numerous updates as to why the parcel had not arrived after promising it would be delivered The trousers were as described, fitting well and pleased with the purchase.   Two items ordered at the same time and no discount given for posting the second item out to us to start with. Opened the package with both T-shirts in, removed one & realised they we had ordered the wrong sizes so repacked returned as agreed. A deduction of £4.99deducted for each shirt and return postage charged for second item even though sent together . Absolute disgraceful practice, have been selling in EBay for 15 years and have 100% + feedback.
