  The seller responded very quickly when I contacted him about the fact that the delivery service had damaged the remote control in their handling of it. (Must mention that the driver delivering it was very good and let me check it when I showed him the tear in the jiffy bag.) The replacement was sent out very quickly and came via Royal mail and packaging looked pristine and so did the remote control. Thank you for the excellent service.
