  The statue came in fully intact and looks great! It is as described. The packaging was well done around the order and was all good. The mirror, however, was detached but I was able to glue it back onto the product without any problems. I know this wasn't the fault of the merchant but most likely the fault of the shipping process which is rough on packages during transit.   The seller was very responsive to messages and messaged me as soon as I ordered, letting me know shipping would take about a week. The statue was packaged extremely well, and the statue was as described and pictured. I just cleansed the Santa statue and she's beautiful! This robe color is very unique as well-- black and purple!!
