  I ordered the boss atv speaker from this seller, my shipping wasn't showing correctly to me, I am an anxious person, I couldn't keep track of my item coming and it drove me crazy. I messaged the seller wondering if it's been shipped out, he went above and beyond to keep me satisfied, he made post office trips and kept communicating with me very quickly.   Yesterday, June 25, 2025, I received in my mail the Ecoflow River 2 Pro that I bought from the seller Metro Discounts 602, to my surprise when I checked the product, the Ecoflow River 2 Pro, the seller sent me the used product with scratches and wear, in the seller's advertisement it indicates that the product is totally new, Factory Sealed, I am very disappointed and deceived by the seller Metro Discounts 602.
