  Items were damaged in shipping. When I contacted the seller, they offered a refund or replacement. They had the replacement items shipped out the same day! I am extremely impressed with their customer service, and will use this business as much as possible! Their products are good quality also!

  When I ordered 3 pieces that evening I was adding up the footage of my project and came to realize I was short by 2 pieces... so I ordered a separate purchase of the 2 more .... the customer service ice saw my mistake and bundled it together and sent me back half of the money I was spending on shipping ill definitely e ordering again

  I was leery when the seller told me that this rather large thick piece wasn't being shipped in some type of a wooden crate, but rather just shipped in card board wrapping! It arrived quickly and in pristine condition, and cut perfectly square! Mr. Metal Aluminum's pricing was close to 1/2 the other venders too!!!

  I ordered a piece of 24 x 48 inch diamond plate aluminum, it arrived promptly right after the holiday but was damaged during shipping. I reached out to the seller and sent some photos, the seller was very polite and apologized and said they would get another piece on the way. Sure enough another piece came quickly via a different carrier. A big thanks to mrmetalaluminum for their excellent customer service!
