  Super Shop. Der Versand kam quasi sofort. Den Detektor erhielt ich nicht einmal 48 Stunden nach Bezahlung. Die Antworten des Shops auf gestellte Fragen kamen nahezu sofort, ganz gleich zu welcher Tages- oder Nachtzeit. Wenn es mehr Sterne gäbe, hätte ich mehr vergeben. Auf jeden Fall werde ich noch zusätzliche Sonden für meinen Deus dort dazukaufen. Ich kann diesen Verkäufer wärmstens empfehlen.

  The seller, in the rush of Christmas sales, mistakenly sent me the Teknetics T2 instead of the Fisher F 75. Initially I wasn t very happy, I didn t communicate it while waiting to see if I was happy with it anyway. When Metallsonde found out, even though the return deadline had expired a few days ago, they still offered a refund with return or a 50 euro discount voucher. I didn t accept anything but I appreciate the correctness and the professionality.

  We are very sorry. This was an oversight in shipping. Teknetics T2 and Fisher F75 are in similar packaging.

  We contacted the buyer on the day of his order to inform him that shipping to his address is unfortunately not possible and that we are refunding his money directly. He ignored this and simply ordered again. A metal detector with a built-in battery cannot be transported to Cyprus via air freight due to the fire hazard on airplanes, regardless of whether a sticker is attached or not. We must adhere to the laws, otherwise we face severe penalties.
