I think Ebay needs to explain to foreign Sellers the importance and instructions on extending delivery times from its usual 14 day policy. This Seller communicated with me and the package arrived on the 17th day (3 days late). The package was shipped well and this Seller has lower prices than many in Europe. I highly recommend this seller.
