  Seller accidentally sent brand new Skinceuticals CE Ferulic instead of HA Intensifier. I communicated with the seller to let them know and they immediately responded professionally. Seller said to send back and they will swap it out or I can send back for refund. They had already started to send back appropriate product before I had even said yes. Everyone makes mistakes but how they handled it was perfect. Quick, considerate, and professional. Excellent Seller!!

  I had an issue with the way the product (which I have ordered many times from this seller) was manufactured and was immediately contacted by the seller who was apologetic and offered many forms of excellent customer service. I would never hesitate to buy this much needed product from this seller. I have never had an issue with this product before and I am very pleased with the way that it was handled.

  The price and therefore value was really great and I'm grateful they had for THICK hair indicated in the listing and that it says that on the container. It arrived in great condition, packaged well appears to be the real deal. I have not used the product yet but have used it in the past and find it helpful for my thick, grey but colored and coarse hair.
