  So happy to have received the Labubu. It’s so adorable. Thank you for providing a trustworthy experience. The box was delivered in an unpadded bag as a result the box was intact but severely crunched which thankfully had no effect on the item.

  I received a counterfeit box of Frownies. The box was a different color, there were misspellings, and the paper was cheap, thin, and without the tacky side that helps them adhere. When I contacted the seller, they offered a lesser amount for a refund because shipping it back is costly. Though they were responsive, ultimately they didn't refund me the full amount, but knowing full well they are selling counterfeit items. I don't like being scammed, no matter what the money.
