  Seller gave an appreciated discount on the new pillow. Since shipping was $20 that help offset the cost a bit. Packing was well done. Shipping was immediate. Received before the Holidays. Items is as described with feather down, wool cover. The pillow was properly packed in a protective plastic bag so no damage. I love the RL Tartan Bear! If Le Luxe Co gets another please alert me Would definitely buy from this vendor again. Thank you!

  My Sutra Infrared Thermal Brush arrived so quickly & in great condition. It was clean & in great shape. The box it came in was in great condition as well & it had all of the warranty paperwork inside. It seems to me someone bought it & then decided they didn’t want it once they had opened it, so for me I got a great deal on a new amazing thermal brush that works really great! It is just as the seller described it! Thanks so much!

  I haven't taken the comforter and pillow shams out of the Ralph Lauren bag yet, but thankfully, they were wrapped in plastic since the box they were shipped in arrived with the comforter sticking out and the box was a mess. Hopefully, when I open it, all will be fine. Fast shipping though!
