  The condition of the item was brand new just like the seller stated in the description. The item fit perfectly for my vacuum and the price was cheaper than anywhere else. You could clearly tell by the appearance of the item it is brand new and of excellent quality. It even arrived 3 days earlier than stated by eBay. I highly recommend this seller and will be buying parts from this store again in the future.

  The shaft was a different size than posted but I was able to make it work with a bushing adapter. The seller was responsive and offered a refund but I decided to keep it. I appreciate this seller and their willingness to work with me.
