  Happy with our new clock-it is exacltly as described. The only thing i would suggest is when packing to wrap up the box better-it is a thin original box (not a shipping hard cardboard ) and it is being thrown by multiple couriers through a network of towns and airports- even cardboard inside caved in a bit when we received it, but the clock seems to be working. I prayed the case and mechanism would not get damaged. Thankfully, they made it safe to Canada.

  I have never gotten a package in the mail that wasn’t wrapped or in a plastic bag . One punctured hole in the box but luckily it didn’t hit the product inside. When you order delicate items and high shipping costs I would expect something better. Thanks I will order again. It’s not the sellers fault. Very pleased with the product absolutely love it
