  Customer service is unparalleled. The purple crystal cluster is beautiful - the color is saturated and the piece is beautifully shaped. Due to a mixup, the vendor wrote me an explanation accepting full responsibility and offered a larger piece (13 lbs.) to replace the 9 lbs. piece I won at auction - for the same price. And the shipping was unbelievably fast! STRONGLY recommend this shop!
