It was left at my back door which is not covered. The package was not secure and was drenched by rain before I discovered it 2 days after it was delivered. Ultimately, I am happy with what I received and what it cost. I am not happy that it did not arrive in my mail box.

I received a prompt reply to my return request, they gave me one or two troubleshooting tasks, they sent a friendly reminder when I had forgotten to reply, and then immediately offered to replace the item one we confirmed it was faulty. 15/10 eBay experience!

My employer can't wait forever and understandably purchased elsewhere as there was no tracking info at that time. On contacting seller, he offered me 40% refund and to keep the article if it was ever received. He also accused me of ordering the wrong item (which I did not). eBay are currently looking into this, as surprise surprise, it has now been shipped. AVOID THIS SELLER.
