  Customer contact was fine, but Item took 3-4 days to get out of N. CAROLINA JUST TO VA.!?? POOR PACKAGING!! Need to do better!!! Just thrown in a bag so don't really know if it was stacked on some other packages to cause some puckers or not. I do like the case, though. 100% rating for seller?!?!? -2 stars for packaging.

  I did ship the next,I have no control over usps and their shipping/handling time but item was shipped the following day.

Dinner with friends and family is always great, but being able to replace someone's favorite dish after an accident at the sink is PRICELESS!!!   The painting looks just like it did in the picture. It was shipped with care. I paid a lot more than I had planned, but the seller did lower the price for me to the middle of where we both wanted. It arrived in a reasonable time too. I am very happy with my purchase, worth the wait. I had been looking for a velvet painting for 3 months.
