  The quality of the instrument is fantastic. The customer service is also fantastic. Unfortunately the guitar arrived with a broken neck. Yao was extremely helpful in trying to get a resolution. Whilst the price to repair the break will exceed the cost of the guitar, I don't feel it appropriate to provide negative feedback as the communication I have had with Yao has been nothing but outstanding even though as I write this, we still haven't settled on a suitable solution. I will buy again soon!!!

  Shipped quickly and received in OK condition via UPS. Free shipping included with purchase price. Packaging could be a bit more substantial, as the 3-way switch and control-pot shafts had worn through the packing and out through the box. The 3-way switch lever was bent, but easily straightened. Everything was as listed and pictured, seems to be fair import quality. The body is nicely made and the neck fits the pocket well. There is some fret-sprout at the upper end, but not unexpected of course.

  Yao is one of the best sellers I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I ordered this Les Paul kit from him and the original one he sent me had a minor blemish on the front of the body and fret board. I reached out to Yao with pictures of the blemishes and he immediately made it right by shipping out a brand new replacement kit free of charge, AND he let me keep the original kit! 10/10 seller. Don’t hesitate to do business with Yao!
