  Great customer service- she forgot to take my package to the post office and when I asked about the lack of shipping updates, she apologized profusely and printed a new label with expedited shipping to ensure the package got to me as soon as possible. Mistakes happen, especially around the holidays with so much going on, so it was great to see someone make the situation right! I highly recommend doing business with Melissa.
