  Third time I purchased power kits from this seller. Quick shipping, product was as described, could be packed better. Nothing in the box was padded and it bounced around and all the inside boxes broke open. Nothing was damaged, just could be better packaged

  The customer service that I received from this seller was hands down the absolute, most stellar experience that I've ever gotten. Anywhere! I got my order within a 3 days after ordering, so yeah, FAST! Noticed 1 part missing. Contacted seller, and 2 days later, my missing parts were in my hand. No BS, no excuses, no problems.   FYI: This review was towards Ebay, and certainly NOT Racers Pro Quip (Seller). The experience thus far with the seller, RPQ has been positive. Apologies to RPQ for my frustration with Ebay s review processes getting in the way and/or possibly misinforming / discouraging potential buyers of RPQ products. The products arrived supremely packaged, and exactly how I hope expected they would. Sorry RPQ..... you all appear and seem to be a great Co. / organization!!!
