  My item was delivered by yodel to the wrong address, I emailed the seller three times for some assistance with this and I was just ignored, after tooing and froing with Yodel for 3days I finally found out where they had delivered it to, I then had to traipse after my parcel which was not good for a 75 year old with severe COPD, same old story when they have your cash they don't want to know, I know the sellers were not to blame for Yodel's error but the after sales were abysmal,

  We had requested a copy of the correspondence between you and Yodel so that we could chase this up with them but you did not respond to that request.
