While yes we acknowledge we sent the wrong item, the buyer still has yet to initiate a return or refund which we will gladly accept since we messed up. Saying we did not contact them is simply not true. The buyer contacted us at 5am on a Saturday and we replied first thing the following Monday morning. It is now Wednesday as I reply to this and still have not heard from buyer.
