  Great customer service!! Unfortunately the disc I received was not good quality - it skipped in several places. I contacted the company and explained. They asked me couple of questions then gave me a full refund. Prompt in answering my request and prompt in issuing a refund! Thank you.

The Seller had posted that he was out of town until a few days after I placed my order, so I knew that there would be a short delay. I received the DVDs 5 days after placing my order, which was acceptable under the circumstances. Very good Seller and very good product!
