  This item arrived well packaged. Shipping time was reasonable. It arrived as described. As far as value, I run a small mobility scooter rental outfit on the gulf coast. I know how much replacement parts cost, and we do our own repairs. This item was far cheaper than buying new and it was only very lightly used. I am very happy with this purchase!   Due to my own ignorance, I ordered the wrong part. It did show up quickly, it was packaged well, it was a great price, and it was exactly what I ordered.
