  AVOID SELLER. The shoes weren't close to a 9 1/2, the right shoe was likely an 8 1/2, left shoe was likely a 9. Amongst the packaging, I found a return slip from another buyer, Their reason for return was "wrong size or doesn't fit" Seller likely knew of the sizing issue.

  Really? I can't control the shoe size or how they are manufactured, or how they fit on your feet. I was selling a brand new in box pair of Adidas that I personally purchased from an Adidas store, I just had no use for them and decided to sell them on ebay. I was prompt in answering your questions and issued a timely refund. The shoe's are not the problem, check your foot size..........
