  Quick shipment, good packaging, but a glitch. Item wasn't quite as described, so it had to be returned without any difficulties. This was not the vendor's fault, but simply a mistake as to what material this was crafted from. No deception, merely an honest mistake. Vendor was informed, and quickly made arrangements for the return. Would gladly do business with this honorable seller again. Item is, however, stunningly beautiful.

  The item arrived securely packaged completely as described! Shipping speed was reasonable! The value is questionable as the price was high but these are antiques and sterling silver so they do come at a premium. Overall quite happy with the experience. I highly recommend this seller!

  Beautiful little antique miniature portrait, as described and shipped fast. My only complaint is that this expensive fragile item was just wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a bubble envelope, and it should have been carefully packed and shipped in a box. I'm surprised it wasn't broken in shipping.
