  The telephones were well-packaged and arrived in very good working condition with all their original parts. Despite being listed as new-open-box, the handsets had minor signs of usage that only became apparent upon closer inspection. Based on the seller's excellent reputation, I doubt this was intentional; just a simple oversight. After disassembling and thoroughly cleaning all parts, everything looks — and functions — as good as new. Great seller, great communication. A+ ★★★★★

  Very Good Seller. Excellent communications. Delivery by PO was not very good. No fault of the seller. Overall rate this seller as very good AA++ I think the USPS opened the package and held up the delivery time.
